Originally from Taiwan, Yoting’s path in Taekwondo was fueled by persistence rather than natural talent. Through dedication, she joined the Chinese Taipei National Team and competed internationally for four years, achieving remarkable results.

With a strong background in sports science, she combines martial arts expertise with exercise physiology to create safe, effective, and results-driven training programs for students of all ages.
